Anxiety at night seems the worst possible form of an anxiety attack. I would think that the substantial majority of anxiety suffers, would like to be adept to treat night time anxiety. I don’t see what it is, but having night time anxiety feels heaps worse than having anxiety in the day.
I used to suffer with night time anxiety really bad, it got to the phase where I started to be terrified of the night time. And of course the extra deliberation that I gave to it the deeper ingrained my night time anxiety got. It started to be a viscous circle.

In point of fact what I desired was a breather from my anxiety. Focusing on a film that I liked unfocused my mind, which gave me minor breaks from my anxiety. Except it was more than that, if a distraction could impede my anxiety it just proved to me that my opinion where creating my anxiety.
This certainly started to assist me treat my night time anxiety. A minor break from my anxiety was really appreciated, I can tell you.
I also bought some relaxation cd’s to listen too as I was trying to go to sleep. Being relaxed truly does aid anxiety. When we are in a anxious state are bodies are so tensed and ready for the fight or flight syndrome, we in reality need to get our bodies to let go and feel calm and peaceful. I cannot stress this enough, get your body to loosen up.

But remember taking medicine for anxiety does not heal your anxiety, but it does give you a respite from it. The best way to treat anxiety is to find a counsellor or personal coach who can help you to work through the issues that are causing your anxiety. This is the only way to treat night time anxiety and s it.
